GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. Scope of application

All deliveries made and services provided based on the offer of the website www.optiqueperret.ch of the company Optique Perret B & BE in Geneva, hereinafter referred to as Optique Perret, are governed by these GTC. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted them without reservation. Optique Perret does not accept any conflicting conditions from the customer. Optique Perret reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time by publishing a new version on its website. Any order placed after the publication by Optique Perret of the new version of its GTC is considered acceptance of the latter. 

2. Online registration 

Before placing any order in the online shop, the customer must register and open a personal account. He ensures the accuracy and completeness of the data provided during registration. In case of a change of address or any other modification occurring after registration, the customer agrees to update his personal data as soon as possible. The customer agrees to keep the password chosen during registration strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. He assumes full responsibility for the use of his password and for all orders placed, even without his knowledge, using this password. 

3. Conclusion of the contract 

By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to Optique Perret to acquire the desired products. The delivery of the ordered products constitutes acceptance of the order. The order is made at the prices and indications displayed on the website www.optiqueperret.ch on the day of the order. Only orders with a delivery address in Switzerland are honored. It may happen that a limited number of items listed on the website www.optiqueperret.ch contain a price error. Optique Perret verifies the prices during the shipping process of the item to the customer. If the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on the site, Optique Perret will apply the lower price and send the item to the customer. If the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the site, Optique Perret will inform the customer and proceed with the cancellation of the order unless the customer chooses to accept the order at the new price.

Optique Perret reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse an order, particularly in the event of supply difficulties or package dimensions/weight, etc..

4. Delivery 

All orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer, physical address (no P.O. box), unless otherwise agreed. The responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon receipt by the carrier.
