FOLDING MAGNIFIERS

When higher magnifications or better image quality are needed, multi-lens magnifiers are used. These high-power magnifiers are sometimes constructed in a cylindrical or conical manner.

The high-power folding magnifiers from Euromex can achieve an approximate magnification of 20x. With this type of magnification, the opening of the magnifier becomes very small, and it must be placed very close to the specimen but also very close to the eye. For more comfortable use or for more magnification, an Euromex stereomicroscope should be used instead of a magnifier.

ACHROMATIC LENS (TRIPLET)

The achromatic triplet consists of three individual lenses made from glasses with different dispersion factors. The elements of the optical system are mounted on top of each other and provide the best color correction without spherical distortion. The triplet lens system consists of two concave mechanism elements cemented to a double convex lens.

WHITE LED LIGHT

These folding magnifiers are equipped with 6 white LEDs to provide even illumination of the object, better observation of a dark object, or to see an object in the dark.
