The near-infrared IR850 filter is a pure infrared filter that allows capturing artifacts in the infrared band. For photographing Venus, the IR850 can capture rare images of Venus clouds in the infrared band.

Combined with a UV filter to capture cloud images in the UV band, it can synthesize very beautiful photos of Venus clouds. It can also be used to take near-infrared images of the Moon and planets.
