These standard 1.25" Skywatcher eyepieces set a high standard for modern telescope eyepieces. The proven 4-element Plössl design provides a very fine image across the entire 52° field of view. The use of high-quality optical glasses, excellent multi-coating, and the blackening of the lens edges ensure high and superb contrast.

The Skywatcher SP series eyepieces minimize spherical aberration, distortion, astigmatism, and off-axis chromatic aberrations, while the oversized optical elements provide the observer with a luxurious eye relief.

Stray light is blocked by the foldable rubber eyecups, which are standard on all SP eyepieces, and all eyepieces, except for the three smallest, have a rubber grip ring.
