The new premium Helios Lightquest-HR observation binoculars combine cutting-edge mechanical and optical design with exceptionally high performance!

They are waterproof according to IPX7 (0.5 m water depth for 30 minutes) and nitrogen-filled for fog-free viewing. The binoculars are equipped with a single eyepiece focus and are designed for medium to long observation distances in terrestrial and astronomical applications.

The body is made of magnesium alloy, making it very lightweight for its size, yet very robust. It is also covered with a durable rubber coating.

The binoculars feature high-quality BaK-4 prisms housed in shock-resistant cages, and the optical system is fully multi-coated with broadband treatment. The high-resolution optical system contains lenses and prisms treated for high transmission and an overall light transmission of about 90%. The lens coatings have extremely low reflectivity, ensuring that the maximum amount of light is available in the eyepiece. The image impresses with vivid colors and a flat, distortion-free image field right to the edges.

The improved and innovative design of the eyepiece (8 elements in 5 groups) includes oversized lenses for comfortable viewing and allows for a highly corrected image. The foldable eyecups are useful for eyeglass wearers.

The delivery includes objective caps, eyepiece protection, a neoprene carrying strap, a tripod adapter, and a sturdy padded transport bag.
