The telescope mount:

The intelligent and innovative SolarQuest™ mount from Skywatcher is extremely easy to use and makes solar observation with a solar telescope particularly safe thanks to the automatic search and tracking of the sun.

Simply place the tripod roughly upright and point the solar telescope somewhere to the left of the sun, Skywatcher's revolutionary HelioFind™ technology for solar observation does the rest automatically! Just press a single button to level the telescope, and the mount calculates the altitude and azimuth of the sun using GPS data, based on local time and installation location. The telescope is then raised to the required height, and the mount begins to search for the sun in a clockwise direction. The solar sensor detects the sun and ensures it stays in the field of view of the eyepiece.

The SolarQuest™ mount can be used by educational institutions, beginners, and experienced observers. Once your telescope is mounted on the mount, it is an excellent tool for observing sunspots, eclipses, details of the sun's surface, and transits of the inner planets in front of the sun.

The lightweight and portable SolarQuest™ mount is quiet and has a load capacity of up to 4 kg. It is possible to attach telescopes with a standard Skywatcher/Vixen norm prism rail.

WARNING: The SolarQuest™ mount is designed solely for use with solar telescopes. Do not point any other optical instrument at the sun. Observing the sun without a professional and safe solar filter results in immediate and irreversible damage to the eyes and the telescope, as well as a fire hazard.
